Clyde Coast Contracts have developed a wealth of experience during 40 years in the business. We have completed over 540 engineering projects, spanning groundworks, earthworks, plot works, structures and utilities in industrial, schools, retail, housing and health.

Services

The firm was established by Owen McLaughlin, initially undertaking small-scale civil engineering works. While groundworks and infrastructure remain our core business, we can be found operating on big earthmoving jobs, PFI schools projects, large drainage schemes, industrial units, shopping centres and residential developments, all of which have helped contribute to a record turnover of £5.5m.

Projects

Clyde Coast Contracts have successfully completed over 500 projects and developments in the Central Belt of Scotland. We work across many sectors and provide a wide range of civil engineering services including, groundworks, earthworks, plot works, road works, paving, substructures and sewer works. We have worked on projects in the housing (private & social), health, retail, industrial, commercial, agricultural, education and sport & leisure industries.

Safety

The role of our contract managers and foremen to inspect and audit sites weekly is vital. All our staff are CITB trained and certified and hold valid CSCS tickets. Personal protection equipment is issued and is mandatory uniform for all direct employees and subcontractors alike.

Quality

We provide a professional and high quality service on all our projects. Most of our work comes from referrals and repeat clients which is testament to the service we deliver.

Delivery

We focus on on time programming and delivery. Having completed over 600 projects since 1979 we have the experience to bring jobs to completion on time within budget.
