Groundworks
Clyde Coast Contracts have had over 500 jobs on their order books since 1995. We're predominantly a groundwork firm but we've been involved in projects from social housing and care homes to schools and prisons. We've done some self-builds too.
The firm was established by Owen McLaughlin, initially undertaking small-scale civil engineering works. While groundworks and infrastructure remain our core business, we can be found operating on big earthmoving jobs, PFI schools projects, large drainage schemes, industrial units, shopping centres and residential developments, all of which have helped contribute to a record turnover of £5.5m.
Groundworks
We have 40 years of experience in construction industry focusing on civil engineering groundworks including earthworks, infrastructure for the housing market, standard and complex drainage installation, roadworks and landscaping. Clyde Coast continuously strives to achieve time targets within budget.
Earthworks
Soil movement includes excavating / filling and the disposal of surplus materials from site. Earth retention in retaining walls, banking bunds and reshaping ground.
